Vitamins A, C, E, and D and the mineral zinc are all included in this formula to support immune health. Vitamin C is important for the normal production and functioning of white blood cells. Vitamin D also appears to assist with the regulation of these cells. White blood cells are an important part of the immune system that are found throughout the body in the blood and lymph.1 In addition vitamin E helps maintain a healthy immune system.
