For adults, take one (1) tablet 30 minutes before bedtime.

Ingredients

L-theanine

Sleep3 combines 200 milligrams of L-theanine with a proprietary blend of nighttime herbs chamomile, lavender, lemon balm, and valerian root extracts to help you relax and unwind prior to bedtime.* L-theanine is the same amino acid that can be found in a soothing cup of green tea.  L-theanine can modulate alpha wave activity and interacts with GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), a neurotransmitter, to help support a calm and relaxed mood.*

Quick-release melatonin

Sleep3 provides quick-release melatonin. Quick-release melatonin is dissolved more easily during digestion for fast absorption into the bloodstream. It can help shorten the time it takes to fall asleep, which can help support sleep quality and duration.*

Time-release melatonin

While quick-release melatonin can help with sleep, its levels peak in the bloodstream around 20-60 minutes before the body quickly breaks it down. Because of this rapid breakdown, a more prolonged release melatonin formulation may help maintain levels throughout the night.  Sleep3 also provides time-release melatonin. This amount of melatonin is released more gradually over a sustained period of time. The time-release melatonin in Sleep3 is designed to help to mimic the body's natural pattern of melatonin release throughout the night.*
